Letter to our Motor Carrier Customers

You have a valuable asset in your equipment, we realize that you have many choices in whom you chose to do business.  Should you use us, we pledge to you to keep our promises and core values that has been our trademark since 1977!

As our business culture continues to change through technology, information and the new age, we believe it important to maintain the core ethical and practical business applications that has allowed VHITransport to grow  during a time that touches 4 decades.

OUR PAY POLICY, THE SAME SINCE 1977!

Since 1977 we have maintained a policy of paying our motor carriers on the 10th, 20th and 30th of each month on all undisputed and clear delivery receipts, without fail and exception. We have not run out of liquidity, played mail games, or put off our obligation for some computer glitch. WE HAVE DONE WHAT WE FEEL IS OUR OBLIGATION TO OUR CARRIERS, CONSISTENTLY. We want cash flow to our motor carrier.  Our intention is to provide a fair market place rate, with rapid pay. We also will be as efficient as possible and provide reports that will help our motor carriers analyze the best opportunities that we have available.

The intent of our conduct with all of our trading partners is based upon Biblical principles, which demand access, disclosure and accountability.

I cordially invite you to review the parts of our carrier packet and especially “who we are” that describes our ten belief’s  as a company. Also, we have a bullet list of specific services we offer in the market place.  Our Interstate Commerce Commission (STB) authority allows us to arrange transportation anywhere in the continental United States. We also handle a lot of intermodal and international freight.

We pledge hard work, couched in “Honesty and Integrity,” the cornerstones of relationships.

We have arranged additional company information, specific to our motor carriers in this section that we invite you to review.

Sincerely,

Bruce (David) Gee,
President
