VHI FACTORING SERVICES

NON RECOURSE  FACTORIN ON LOADS VHI  HAS MOVED WITH THE CARRIER.

Payment within 24 hours of verified service:  4.0%

Payment on the 10^th/20/30^th of all verified services: (average 4.5 days)  3.25%

Payment on the 30^th day after service.             2.0%

Payment on 45 day after service                      1.5%

Payment within 5 days of VHI                         1.0%

REGULAR FACTORING, AND RECOURSE: Will pay, but should customer not pay VHI, carrier owes back:

Payment within 24 hours of verified service:  5.0%

Payment on the 10^th/20/30^th of all verified services: (average 4.5 days)  4.5

Announcement:

VHI is pleased to offer a “quick pay no recourse” factoring service on loads it arranges, or on other transactions.   VHI will pay upon receipt and within 24 hours on documents received, or on its normal pay cycles.  The fees for and these options are listed above.   Please call VHI Transport at 804 231 6209 and ask for accounting to be set up on this program, or email us at AP@vhitransport.com.  This program will only alter the payment promises per the master agreement between the Carrier and VHI, if applicable, all other terms remain intact.
